Job Summary
Lead and drive functional consulting activities within Infor M3 ERP Manufacturing and Logistics modules, implementing and supporting 2–3 full-cycle implementations. Design, configure, and optimize Manufacturing modules including MRP, Inventory Management, Quality, and Bill of Material, while configuring Logistics modules for Warehousing, Inbound/Outbound Inventory, O2C, and P2P. Assess existing system landscapes and conduct functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments, coordinating with stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing. Collaborate with technical teams for new requirements and customizations, supporting cloud environment setup and data migration from on-premises. Provide weekly progress updates and status reporting to Project and Delivery Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- strong functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP
- Proven experience in at least 2–3 Manufacturing ERP full lifecycle implementations in Infor M3
- Strong knowledge of Infor M3 Manufacturing and Logistics modules
- Experience in Infor M3 cloud environment and migration activities
- Experience in functional testing and business process mapping
- Basic project management knowledge including effort estimation, task scheduling, weekly reporting, and meeting facilitation
