Job Summary
Design and support integrations between Infor M3 and internal/external systems via APIs, EDI, and message exchanges. Build custom forms, H5 personalizations, workflows, and extensions to improve business processes and system reliability. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production support tickets while translating requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment planning alongside solution delivery managers. Maintain technical documentation and participate in architecture and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Infor M3 development experience, including customizations, forms, extensions, workflows, and data flows
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3) or another cloud-based M3 environment
- Strong background building integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and mapping/transformation tools
- Knowledge of Infor ION, M3 APIs, BOD messaging, MEC, and related middleware
- Experience with M3 H5 scripting, personalizations, and extensibility frameworks such as XtendM3
- Proficiency in a backend language (Java, C#, Node.js, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server or similar)
- Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and secure API design
Desired Qualifications
- Food and beverage manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience
- Experience with WMS, TMS, retailer integrations, or 3PL platforms
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI/Integration Services
- Experience leading technical design sessions or mentoring developers
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Infor M3 certifications a plus
