Job Summary
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Infor M3 Factory Track modules, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Configure production orders, shop floor reporting, and warehouse operations while leading end-to-end implementations from design through hypercare support. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate systems via APIs and middleware, configure mobile devices for real-time data capture, and analyze manufacturing processes to recommend efficiency improvements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, provide user training, and support digital transformation initiatives across operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Infor M3 ERP
- strong hands-on expertise in Infor M3 Factory Track
- Experience with both Infor M3 On-Premises and CloudSuite Manufacturing environments
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing operations
