Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite HCM/GHR and third-party systems using Infor ION, APIs, and web services. Configure and support Infor Landmark runtime environments, manage business object documents, and build automated workflows with Infor Process Automation. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for system bugs, integration failures, and workflow errors while assisting in tenant management, patching, and multi-tenant maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, enforce best practices, and support testing activities for upgrades and hotfixes. Work on production support issues, bug fixes, enhancements, and release upgrade activities.
