Info Desk Representative PD- Guest Services -PER DIEM VARIED SHIFTS **MUST TRAVEL TO MULLICA HILL, VINELAND, AND ELMER**

Assist all patients and visitors at the main entrance with directions and wheelchair assistance as needed. Maintain Guest Services procedures, objectives, and quality and safety standards while keeping the lobby area tidy. Communicate professionally and diplomatically with patients, families, visitors, and staff. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. A high school diploma is required, with three to five years of hospital or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are preferred. This role involves varied shifts and requires travel to Mullica Hill, Vineland, and Elmer.
