Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 creators by guiding their career development, income models, and strategic direction. Negotiate collaborations with brands and partners to ensure deals align with both creator values and commercial interests. Develop bespoke career strategies to increase visibility and revenue streams while scouting new talent that fits the roster. Act as the primary business contact for your talent, overseeing their commercial and business interests. Contribute to community initiatives, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions that foster connection and inspiration. Work from Amsterdam with flexibility to utilize both office locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 (or more) years experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management and/or recruitment/sales
- Proven track record
- Habitual to targets
- Sharp negotiation skills
- Ability to translate developments within social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy into opportunities and strategies for creators
