Influencer & Social Media Manager

Job Summary
Influencer & Social Media Manager role focused on owning and scaling influencer partnerships and organic social media across multiple eCommerce brands. Responsibilities include sourcing, vetting, recruiting, negotiating, and closing collaborations; creating clear, conversion-focused briefs; coordinating end-to-end content workflows; tracking performance metrics (GMV, conversions, link clicks, revenue); optimizing programs based on business impact; managing organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for select accounts; creating content calendars, publishing, engaging with online communities; supporting content initiatives for AxisKey across LinkedIn and company blog; collaborating with eCommerce and paid media teams to maximize impact; delivering monthly reports and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, content marketing, or related roles
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based influencers and content creators
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for creative content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Highly execution-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable with operational workflows and follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes
