Job Summary
Influencer Marketing Specialist responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms; oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns from sourcing to performance analysis, collaborate with Creative Strategist and Account Managers, and nurture long-term creator relationships while executing both organic and paid social campaigns in a remote, Americas-based setting (LATAM contractors allowed). The role emphasizes outreach, relationship-building, campaign optimization based on metrics, and cross-team collaboration to deliver authentic, client-aligned influencer activations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators across TikTok and Instagram
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience building and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing processes
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and influencer content best practices
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
