Job Summary
Influencer Marketing Specialist focused on identifying, recruiting, and managing creators across TikTok/Instagram to execute end-to-end influencer campaigns. Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Digital Account Managers to map creators to client campaigns, onboard creators from the Insense marketplace, manage campaigns from brief to deliverables and performance analysis, support UGC campaigns, and nurture long-term creator relationships. Responsibilities include creator outreach, rate negotiation, content management, performance review, and process optimization to scale influencer sourcing and campaigns while aligning with client goals. Must be fluent in English, with 4+ years in influencer marketing, and available to work 9 am–6 pm EST in an Americas Time Zone. Forever remote with contractor arrangement for LATAM; salary USD-based and commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators across TikTok and Instagram
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities
- Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience building and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing processes
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and influencer content best practices
- Willingness to work within Americas Time Zone and availability between 9 am and 6 pm EST
