Job Summary
Influencer Marketing Manager for TikTok Shop responsible for building and scaling a creator community, recruiting and onboarding creators, developing creative that resonates and converts, negotiating commercials, managing a pipeline of creators posting and selling, and tracking GMV/ROI to optimise the programme. Requires a results-oriented, analytical mindset with strong negotiation skills, deep familiarity with the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns to hit budgets and targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years running influencer marketing campaigns with a performance focus
- Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem
- Ability to monitor, analyse and act on GMV and ROI
- Excellent negotiation and commercial instincts
- Natural communicator with creators, managers and agencies
