Job Summary

Influencer Marketing Manager responsible for developing and leading creative influencer campaigns, coordinating collaborations with Germany’s top influencers, and building a new micro-influencer network with a target of 5,000 active micro-influencers by end of 2026. Represent the company at major influencer events in Germany, manage one of the largest DTC influencer budgets with accountability for reach and profitability, identify, acquire, and negotiate with high-potential creators, agencies, and managements, negotiate conditions, licenses, and usage rights, craft compelling brand storytelling to appear in target audiences’ timelines, analyze and report on creator performance, hand off top assets to Paid Media for scaling, and build long-term partnerships with top performers including upselling future campaigns. Requirements emphasize love for social media, experience in influencer or social-media marketing, strong numerical and KPI literacy, creative, hands-on mindset, proficient TikTok and Instagram use for performance, negotiation skills with creators/agents/management, fluency in German and English, and preference for onsite work in a Hamburg office.
