Job Summary
Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with the brand's target audience. Build and maintain a pipeline of quality influencers while managing relationships from outreach through onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing communication. Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation, then coach influencers on content direction and messaging to maximize conversion performance. Monitor campaign metrics such as ROAS and revenue to optimize future partnerships and scale successful relationships with top creators. Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy while staying current on platform trends. Work during PST business hours in a fully remote role with a competitive USD salary.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing
- Proven experience delivering measurable results for DTC consumer brands selling physical products
- Experience with content creation, preferably as a content creator themselves
- Strong experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing influencers at scale
- Experience working with US-based creators
- Strong understanding of the US consumer market and current trends
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing creator relationships end-to-end
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work during PST business hours
