Job Summary
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning and recruitment to execution and performance analysis, develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand and business growth, and optimize campaign performance with data-driven recommendations. Manage influencer relationships, contracts, and payment processes while collaborating cross-functionally to align stakeholders and drive successful campaign execution. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields and 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields. Based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Talent Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, content performance, and digital marketing metrics
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on in execution and operations
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with AI & Social Media tools and able to leverage them to improve productivity, campaign planning, content ideation, and reporting
- Well-connected within influencer, creator, talent, or community networks is a plus
