Job Summary
Develop and implement high-impact influencer marketing strategies across APAC, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Lead end-to-end campaigns in multiple territories, defining KPIs, managing budgets, and negotiating contracts to maximize ROI. Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners while collaborating with local teams to ensure culturally relevant, locally resonant execution. Stay ahead of regional trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities, then mentor team members to foster high performance. Work within a fast-growing beauty technology organization that combines clinical credibility with consumer-focused design, spanning LED, radio frequency, and laser technologies trusted globally.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the APAC influencer landscape
- Experience working across key markets such as Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea or Southeast Asia
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns within beauty, wellness, lifestyle or consumer technology
- Strong understanding of regional consumer behaviour, cultural nuances and social media trends across APAC
- Experience managing campaign budgets and negotiating influencer partnerships to maximise ROI
- Ability to develop data-led influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement and commercial performance
- Experience managing or mentoring others within a fast-paced marketing environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and translating insights into action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different markets
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
