Job Summary

Lead creator and talent partnerships for Fortnite; develop and execute influencer strategies tied to Fortnite launches, partnerships, live-service beats, and major campaigns; manage relationships with key gaming creators, streamers, athletes, entertainers, agents, and talent representatives; negotiate and coordinate experiential activations and content; present creator strategies and campaign plans to senior leadership; collaborate across Paid Media, Brand Marketing, IP Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams; manage agencies and ensure campaign execution meets Epic’s standards; operate across multiple high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or cultural marketing within gaming, entertainment, sports, music, or adjacent industries
  • Deep understanding of Fortnite, gaming creators, livestream culture, and the broader creator ecosystem across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X
  • Proven experience managing high-profile creator or celebrity partnerships, including negotiations, experiential activations, hospitality, and complex partner coordination
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver concise strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple concurrent launches and evolving priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders within highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing agency partners, external vendors, and regional campaign execution across global markets
  • Demonstrated operational rigor, sound judgment, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance creative thinking and business impact
