Job Summary
Influencer Manager to own Nothing's influencer program across North America, building relationships with creators across tech, fashion, and design; lead end-to-end influencer campaigns (nano, micro, macro) paid and organic; negotiate contracts and secure approvals with senior leadership; collaborate with London HQ and cross-functional teams (PR, product, events, community); drive performance reporting and identify new influencer opportunities while shaping the US marketing approach from a founding position.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in agency or in-house influencer marketing
- established relationships across tech, fashion, and design
- strong ties to the NY and LA creator scenes
- Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones
- Proven track record in talent and agent collaboration
- Experience with contract negotiation and campaign development
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Experience using digital marketing tools and reporting
