Job Summary

Define best-in-class influencer work by shaping briefing processes, creative formats, and talent approaches. Lead campaign planning and delivery while guiding influencer strategies that align with brand and cultural objectives. Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Client Services teams to embed influencer thinking early and match talent to campaign goals using audience insights. Mentor junior and mid-level members through team sessions, reviews, and onboarding to ensure consistent output. Advocate for the influencer discipline internally to help other departments understand our capabilities. Drive the creative development of influencer-first ideas across global clients like PepsiCo, eBay, and Visa, ensuring culturally relevant and strategically sound deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience working in influencer marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing and delivering influencer campaigns at scale
  • Experience working with global and culturally diverse talent from niche creators to celebrity partnerships
  • Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for what good influencer content looks like
  • Confident collaborator and communicator
  • Natural mentor and people-first leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
  • Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging formats
  • Ability to work across teams and functions to bring ideas to life
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative environment
