Job Summary
Conduct creator sourcing, outreach, and contracting logistics for Coegi's paid influencer programs across the client portfolio. Manage content tracking, QA workflows, and reporting support to ensure campaigns run smoothly from identification through delivery. Collaborate with Influencer Managers, Paid Social, and Client Engagement teams to maintain on-brand execution and track deliverables against briefs. Maintain organized creator databases, contracts, and shared files while following operational processes. Requires 2-4 years of influencer marketing experience, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the US. Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship
- 2-4 years of influencer marketing, social media, or related experience, including hands-on creator coordination
- Hands-on experience with influencer/creator sourcing, outreach, and campaign coordination
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the creator ecosystem
- Strong organizational and project-management skills; able to track many moving parts across multiple campaigns
- Comfort with data and reporting in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a relationship-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Eager, detail-oriented, and dependable; takes ownership of tasks and follows through
- Collaborative team player who asks good questions and is comfortable learning in the open
- Comfortable handling confidential client, performance, and campaign information with discretion
