Job Summary
Influencer Coordinator responsible for managing and supporting influencer campaigns (paid and gratis), coordinating outreach to secure participation, tracking engagement metrics and demographics, collaborating with creative and strategy teams on briefs and brand guidelines, managing influencer agreements, maintaining a categorized influencer database, contributing ideas for activations, monitoring trends, ensuring timely content reviews, and producing post-campaign evaluations. Must input all action items into ClickUp within 24 hours, provide biweekly status reports, ensure posting requirements meet client KPIs, and deliver client wrap reports with limited revisions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in influencer or digital marketing coordination, with expertise in managing both paid and unpaid influencer campaigns
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with influencer marketing metrics and campaign reporting
- Ability to analyze performance data to optimize results
- Ability to collaborate with teams and contribute to strategic planning, ideation, and campaign execution at all stages
