Influencer - Account Manager

Job Summary
Influencer Account Manager at a North American talent-management agency. Drive client relationships, manage partnerships for creators and brands, develop content strategies, oversee project milestones from onboarding through execution, and provide white-glove service to talents and brands. Responsibilities include negotiating partnerships, KPI tracking and reporting, maintaining ongoing engagement with talents/brands, collaborating with teams to ensure consistent social media presence, inbound/outbound PR and talent outreach, on-site support for production days, and staying ahead of industry trends. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for the creator economy; a related bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset
- Over 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or PR
- Proven experience communicating with talents and corporate clients
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong mediation and negotiation abilities
- High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of influencer/talent partnerships and social media metrics
- Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations
