Job Summary
Sourcing, vetting, and briefing creators to align with brand strategy and objectives while managing day-to-day relationships from partnership initiation through campaign completion. Develop compelling pitch selections and briefing documents, then collaborate with brand teams to provide content feedback, manage edits, and schedule material for maximum impact. Own creator communications, support budget management, and maintain up-to-date analytics trackers to develop measurement frameworks for campaign performance and brand lift. Build and nurture networks of talent and agency contacts, contribute to the Born Creator Community roster, and share insights to inform client reports.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience working in creator partnerships, influencer marketing or the wider creator economy
- experience of delivering seamless creator led campaigns
- strong working relationships with creators and their talent representatives
- ability to run a tight ship
- natural ability to handle challenges with charm
- fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media and creators to do this
- naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential
- take real pride in what you deliver
- always strive for perfection from attention to detail to high quality responses that inspire

- ability to educate others on how to best harness the current creator landscape
