Job Summary
Influence Manager at Ogilvy UK responsible for leading the influencer campaigns from identification and vetting through implementation and reporting, developing client-focused influencer programs, managing the influencer database, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns. The role emphasizes developing the influencer strategy, calendar and budgets, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance across campaigns. The position operates in a hybrid working pattern with London-based teams and clients, supporting a range of brands with social and digital activation.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field
- Experience in working in a regulated category such as beauty
- Experience in culture driving campaigns in beauty, lifestyle (Nice to have)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships
- The ability to remain optimistic under pressure
- Strong experience in key stakeholder management
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity
