Job Summary
Influence Manager at Ogilvy UK (6 Month FTC) responsible for day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, development of influencer strategy with objectives, targets, calendars and budgets, and collaboration across media, PR, social, brand activation and digital stakeholders. Lead and nurture influencer programs for multiple brands, manage influencer database, stay current with cultural/social trends, ensure regulatory compliance, negotiate and implement campaigns, oversee reporting, and build strong client relationships. Hybrid working pattern (London) with 3 days in office and 2 remote, reporting into Account Director / Business Director.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field
- Experience in working in a regulated category such as beauty
- Experience in culture driving campaigns in beauty, lifestyle
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships
- The ability to remain optimistic under pressure
- Strong experience in key stakeholder management
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity
