Job Summary

Influence Director (B2B) leading Ogilvy UK's Business Influencer practice. Oversees end-to-end influencer campaigns for corporate/B2B clients, mentors junior team members, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, best-in-class campaigns. Responsibilities include resource planning with the Business Director, developing tailored influencer strategies, leading pitches and market analysis, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth. Requires a minimum of four years in influencer marketing or related marketing, strong B2B mindset, creative use of influence, resilience, and collaborative spirit. Proficiency with content production processes, rights/licensing, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn platform dynamics is highly valued. The role reports to the Business Director/Client Partner and operates in a hybrid London-based environment with a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related field

  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-management skills
  • Commercial & strategic thinking with profitability awareness
  • Excellent client relationship management and new business capability
  • Production knowledge including licensing and shoot logistics
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn platform, advertising formats, and organic best practices
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams (PR, media, social, digital)
  • Thought leadership and ability to articulate influencer strategy for B2B clients
  • Resilience, initiative, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage complex multi-layered campaigns from concept to post-campaign reporting
  • Diversity in professional background (Corporate PR, Sales, or B2B Account Management) preferred
