Job Summary
Develop and promulgate strategies and plans for DoD influence, deception, and perception management-related operations, activities, and investments. Assist leadership in oversight and governance, including staff assistance visits and compliance inspections. Coordinate staff packages containing time-sensitive requirements for senior officials and produce briefings for Congress and the Executive Branch. Collaborate with stakeholders to align influence, deception, and perception management strategies within broader DoD and Intelligence Community objectives. Manage complex, sensitive programs and operations while briefing senior government officials. Requires a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance, a Bachelor's Degree, and minimum 10 years of experience in policy development or analysis within the Department of Defense.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with policy development or policy analysis work within the Department of Defense
- Relevant fields could include assessments, operational requirements and risk, or operational planning
- Extensive experience in influence, deception, perception management, and/or related defense or intelligence fields
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage complex, sensitive programs and operations
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience briefing senior government officials and preparing official correspondence
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-stakes requirements in a fast-paced environment
