Inflatable Floor Manager

Coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are met. Review contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and project documents to understand requirements. Oversee inflatable production staff and schedules while ensuring acceptable quality standards are consistently achieved. Supervise the manufacturing team to reduce labor variances and lessen downtime. Assist with setting work assignments, schedules, and quality standards for the inflatable production team. This role reports directly to the Inflatables Production Manager.
