Infirmière Santé Communautaire

Evaluate patients, develop tailored care plans, and implement treatments to ensure their health and well-being. This role involves working in La Romaine with a new management team, featuring a 40-hour week, housing provided, and a four-weeks-in-four-weeks-out rotation.
