Job Summary
Conduct daily health monitoring, administer care, and ensure the physical and psychological comfort of infants in a secure, well-being-focused environment. Act as the primary health reference within the nursery by supporting staff on best practices, contributing to prevention protocols, and leading competency development for the team. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary group and external health partners while maintaining a trusting relationship with families through consultation and guidance on child development. Participate actively in the pedagogical project, which emphasizes Montessori-inspired autonomy and affective security.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire du diplôme d'Infirmière
- Inscrite auprès de l'ordre infirmier (ONI)
