Job Summary
Conduct daily health care and developmental support for infants, ensuring physical and psychological comfort while maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols. Act as the primary health reference within the nursery, guiding staff on best practices, leading preventive measures, and overseeing protocol adherence. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and family partners to inform parents, advise on child development, and integrate into the pedagogical project inspired by Montessori and Pikler methodologies.
