Implement the establishment project and quality management system while ensuring ethical compliance in institutional practices. Coordinate client relationship management and maintain the external network. Handle the daily life administration of the facility. Share meaningful moments with residents through active listening and patience. Participate in new, non-routine days alongside residents and team members.
