Job Summary
Organize and coordinate nursing acts while supervising resident health status and implementing tailored care pathways. Perform and evaluate nursing procedures, therapeutic activities, and prescribed interventions; update resident files and apply emergency protocols. Work within a multidisciplinary team of four nurses, twenty nursing assistants, and support staff under a coordinator's supervision. Schedule includes a 10-hour daily rotation with two 10-hour weekends per month.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire du diplôme d'Infirmier DE
- Première expérience en EHPAD et/ou en gériatrie
