Conduct nursing diagnostics, administer care, and lead therapeutic activities for residents while adhering to hygiene and treatment protocols. Act as the primary liaison to physicians regarding care plans and coordinate with medical assistants, psychologists, and support staff. Collaborate with the IDEC and coordinating physician to establish individualized care projects. Share meaningful moments with residents through patience, attentiveness, and active listening. Perform duties under a weekly schedule of 8 hours and 45 minutes, with shifts ranging from 6:45 to 15:15, 7:15 to 15:45, or 11:30 to 20:00. Earn a gross monthly salary between 2,700€ and 3,100€, including seniority bonuses and weekend premiums, with a work-life balance of one weekend off every four weeks.
