Conduct nursing diagnostics, administer care, and lead therapeutic activities tailored to residents while adhering to hygiene and care protocols. Coordinate with medical staff and auxiliary personnel including psychologists and nursing assistants. Collaborate with the IDEC and coordinating physician to establish individualized care plans. Share meaningful moments with residents through patience and attentiveness. Work a four-weekend schedule in 10-hour shifts, with options for 6:45–15:15, 7:15–15:45, or 11:30–20:00 hours.
