Evaluate the mental and physical status of hospitalized patients with mental health disorders while ensuring clinical surveillance and safety. Administer prescribed treatments and nursing care, intervening during crisis situations or risky behaviors. Establish a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Document clinical progress in patient files and participate in care planning and follow-up. Maintain full-time day/night shifts across all weekends.
