Conduct nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis treatments, including clinical evaluation, patient monitoring, and preparation of dialysis procedures. Intervene promptly during complications or emergencies while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure care quality. Complete required clinical documentation and maintain patient safety standards. Requires OIIQ membership, mandatory hemodialysis experience, and strong clinical assessment skills.
