Job Summary
Assess the physical and mental health conditions of clients at home to ensure safe, personalized care. Plan, deliver, and follow up on nursing care while developing and monitoring nursing therapeutic plans. Administer nursing and medical treatments, educate clients and their families, and identify risk situations per established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure care continuity and contribute to health promotion and disease prevention. Provide home care for clients in the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine territory, including palliative care when needed. Deliver full-time home care support (35 hours/week) during summer 2026 at CH Gaspé and the CLSC of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts.
Required Qualifications
- Membre en règle de l'OIIQ
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience comme infirmier(ère)
- Expérience significative en soutien à domicile (SAD)
- Membre en règle de l'OIIAQ
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en soutien à domicile (SAD)
- Diplôme
- Plumitif
- Permis de conduire valide
- Certification RCR à jour
- Voiture obligatoire pour le mandat
