Job Summary
Evaluate user health status, plan and deliver nursing care, and ensure follow-up within the CHSLD. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee care continuity and participate in education for users and their families. Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation. Requires a minimum of 18 months of CHSLD experience, valid OIIQ membership, and a vehicle. Full-time schedule includes day, evening, and night shifts starting as soon as possible by August 30, 2026.
