Monitor post-operative patients in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular recovery areas, manage surgical emergencies, and oversee clinical surveillance including pain and specific treatments. Work in pairs with nursing assistants and collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams across two sectors: a 24-hour intensive care unit and a day-shift post-interventional ward. Evaluate urgency and prioritize care while maintaining strict organizational standards. On-call rotation applies for the intensive care unit.
