Job Summary
Define, build, and maintain the technical foundation of the stablecoin payment platform, owning end-to-end development of mission-critical services and designing highly available event-driven systems for ledgering, compliance, and risk. Work directly with founders and customers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure, ensuring full-stack ownership across modern front-end frameworks, back-end services, and cloud infrastructure. Leverage proficiency in Next.js/TypeScript, C#, Go, or Python while applying hands-on expertise with asynchronous architectures and AI-assisted development tools like Cursor to accelerate code generation and automated testing. Requires 2–5+ years of professional experience delivering 0-to-1 products and scaling them in production, with excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of professional software engineering, including the delivery of 0-to-1 products and scaling them in production
- Proficiency in at least two of: Next.js/TypeScript, C#, Go, Python
- Hands-on expertise with asynchronous and event-driven architectures
- Full-stack ownership spanning modern front-end frameworks, back-end services, and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven expertise with AI-assisted development tools—especially Cursor or windsurf, to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and automated test creation
