Infinite Campus Building Support Liaison

Job Summary
INFINITE CAMPUS BUILDING SUPPORT LIAISON for the 2026–2027 school year within Bellingham Public Schools. Serve as the primary building-level contact for Infinite Campus support, assist educators with navigating the Student Information System, provide troubleshooting for common user issues, and escalate concerns to the IT Department as appropriate. Share updates, tips, and best practices with staff and assist IT during key implementation periods, particularly at the start of the school year. The role focuses on peer support and collaboration to help colleagues effectively use Infinite Campus and resolve routine questions.
Desired Qualifications
- Participation in the initial Infinite Campus training and implementation sessions.
- Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to provide patient, responsive, and collaborative support to colleagues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to applicants who were actively engaged in the initial Infinite Campus training and rollout process.
- SALARY: $350 Flat Stipend (Payable 40% in November and 60% in May)
