Attend Infectious Diseases physician in an academic setting; provide infectious disease consultation to inpatient services with on-call responsibilities (weekends from home); deliver Primary HIV Care in ambulatory clinics; supervise ID Fellows and medical residents during the teaching service; offer infectious disease consultation for ambulatory patients; participate in medical education by teaching students, leading rounds, delivering lectures, and guiding trainees in clinical reasoning and diagnostic problem solving; contribute to institutional activities such as referral review and quality initiatives; opportunity for academic growth and collaboration with home care staff and public health agencies.
