Required Qualifications
- PhD/MD Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Disease fellowship by an accredited association
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease
- Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania prior to employment start date
