Infectious Disease Physician - Hartford

Conduct outpatient consultations for HIV and Hepatitis C patients and manage inpatient care within the Active Hospitalist program. Manage wound care cases and assist with infection control and hospital epidemiology activities. Engage in postgraduate medical education for Fellows, Residents, and medical students while teaching at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine at the Assistant Professor level. Participate in shared call rotations with other ID physicians and pursue transplant medicine opportunities. Utilize available research resources and join the department of 26 specialists within a culture focused on quality care, inclusion, and innovation.
