Infectious Disease Physician sought to join a multispecialty independent Medical Center in Northeast Alabama. BE/BC Infectious Disease provider to join an established practice with an income-guarantee and potential RVU-based bonus; includes relocation assistance and J1 visa assistance. Great location in a small town near Birmingham, Chattanooga and Atlanta; opportunity to work in a physician-led, independent practice setting with retirement and benefit provisions such as a 401K, profit sharing, PTO and CME allowance.
