Job Summary
Part-time BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join outpatient infectious disease services located at FPN Infectious Disease Lafayette in Lafayette, Indiana. Traditional part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays; average one night call every other week; outpatient volume 10-12 patients per day. Collaborate with inpatient ID Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in Indiana Infectious Disease Department. Services include general ID in a community setting with related specialties and onsite Infusion Center, Wound Clinic, and OPAT team; mentorship and leadership opportunities mentioned.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate - Required
- Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
