Infection Preventionist (Onsite Delano, CA)

Implement and monitor the Infection Prevention and Control program across facilities to reduce healthcare-associated infections. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to facilitate systems for infection reduction, while utilizing HAI surveillance data to identify gaps and drive improvement. Lead outbreak investigations, conduct ongoing infection surveillance, and prepare reports for Infection Prevention Committees. Assess compliance with Centers for Medicaid/Medicare standards and state/federal regulations, and report communicable diseases to public health authorities as required.
