Infection Preventionist (LPN)

Provide nursing care within scope of practice and coordinate the facility's infection prevention and control program.Responsibilities include developing and monitoring infection prevention policies, reporting to Administration and QA/PI committee, collecting and analyzing infection and antibiotic-usage data, providing education and training, and implementing evidenced-based infection prevention practices. Must maintain current LPN licensure in Florida and comply with AHCA requirements; CPR certification is required. This role requires background screening and alignment with state, federal, and local guidelines.
