INFECTION PREVENTION COORDINATOR

Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Infection Control Program's hospital surveillance and serve as a resource to all hospital departments on identified Infection Control projects. Maintain current State of Nevada licensure in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related health science, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Microbiology, or other health-related science required. A Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or Clinical Microbiology is preferred, along with one year of Infection Prevention experience. Requires two to five years of clinical experience and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
