Infection Control & Wound Care Nurse | RN or LPN | Fox Run Manor

Monitor healthcare-associated infections, track facility trends, and report clusters to state and local agencies. Identify control issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards and the Tuberculosis Control Plan. Report communicable diseases as required by law, present in-service education, and participate in the QA process and Nurse On-Call program. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors while meeting competencies outlined in the Skills Competency Manual.
