Job Summary
Plan, implement, direct, and coordinate the healthcare center's Infection Prevention and Control Program, aligning with CDC, CMS, and OSHA guidelines. Conduct compliance audits, supervise training, and implement action plans to resolve deficient practices. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly infection control rounds, analyze surveillance data, and ensure transmission-based precautions are communicated effectively. Coordinate vaccine programs for patients and staff while leading orientation and in-service training. This salaried/exempt role requires an active unencumbered RN in New Jersey or experienced LPN to lead a team focused on exceptional resident care at Green Hill Senior Living & Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey
